One of the best golf courses around Lebanon, Jul 05, 2004

This is an awesome course and I would recommend this course to anybody looking for a good challenge. It is very well kept and clean, which gives it an even better experience. It has some hard holes where hitting straight is the key and even has a hole similar to TPC at Sawgrass.

This is a short course which gains its difficulty on the greens. The greens are small and undulated and fast. The course is forgiving on the drive since most holes are relatively short and open. The par three's are particularly good with elevated tees or greens. The par fives are reachable in two and the course terrain forces a variety of hilly lies. Overall this is an enjoyable course to play.

Quail Ridge Golf Course
"Great Learning Course"
A very fair, playable course. Gives the novice an opportunity to try their skills without extreme risk. It also will challenge the low handicap golfer with it's terrain and hazard placement. The par 5's are scattered on the course so as to challenge you at the most critical times. Holes 8 through 12 will leave you feeling as though you've run a marathon only to have very delicate par 3's ahead.

"1 goofy hole"
I like this golf course, but 1 hole make it less than stellar. Number 12 is a ridiculous 90 degree dogleg that takes away from the rest of the course. Speed of play has been exceptional every time I have played, but that 1 idiotic hole ruins ithe backside. I suggest moving up the box and making it a par 3 or redoing it altogether.

I have attended this course a numerous of times and really enjoy the atmosphere of the area. The course is always well kept, and I believe it to be one of the best in the area. The twenty seven holes only makes it more enjoyable, by offering a new experience each time out. I was very pleased with the employeers as well. They were very attentive, and right on top of anything may group needed trhoughout the day. I will look into joining as soon as possible.
