This is a narrow course with tree-lined fairways. The are water hazards (including wetlands) that come into play on fifteen holes. Despite the fact that this is a typical flat Florida course, there are more mounds than on the average Florida course. The large greens vary in undulation and are medium speed. The signature hole is #8, a 495-yard, par 5, with a double dogleg fairway and requiring a tee shot over water to a narrow landing area.

Nice little course, Jul 25, 2004
reviewer: Lady Golfer from Naples , FL.
Although this is a par 70 course, it has it's own challenges. Water plays a part in many holes. The landscape and course are mature being 10+ years old. Many courses are new and lack the definition this course does. As a beginner I found this course very challenging but not overwhelming in size. If you can't hit a ball 250 yards then this is a great course. We found the course in great condition in summer as well as in winter. It may well become a completely private course soon. So if you want a challenge but don't want to be intimidated try this course.

Golfable Golf Quote of the Day:
" Everybody has two swings-a beautiful practice swing and the choked-up one with with which they hit the ball. So it wouldn't do either of us a damned bit of good to look at your practice swing. -Ed Furgol "
