This traditional course is very scenic. There is enough variety of terrain to challenge the most experienced of golfer. Numerous large oak trees can affect your shots, and water hazards come into play on a number of holes. "Golf Digest" rated this as the 4th "Best in State" course for the years 1995 through 1998. A lottery system is used on the previous Thursday for tee times for the following Saturday. Furthermore, tee times are reserved on Friday for the following Sunday. Tee times for the weekdays are reserved seven days in advance.

Classic Course, Jun 12, 2006

Truly a classic course that has been around since the beginning of Nashville’s growing History. Since the renovations, the greens have become much more of a factor in your game. A few holes have been redesigned (3 & 6) which have helped speed up your game as well as added some difficult challenges. The Golf Course Superintendent, Doug Ward, does an incredible job keeping the course in immaculate shape. Belle Meade is a must for a golf lover.
