This club is located in the City of Nauvoo, which is an historic tourist site in mid-America that gives tourists insight on how life was lived in the 1800's. The short course has tight fairways and small greens that are fast. The elevation changes by as much as 160 feet on the course. The signature hole is #16, a 372-yard, par 4, requiring an approach shot to an island green. The back nine was added in 1993 by Steve Sanders. The club also has an eighteen hole miniature golf course, so children can play while you do. Senior discounts are available on Thursdays only, and there are also several seasonal discounts offered.

Great course for a great value, May 05, 2004

This course is a great value for an early season trip or a couples getaway. I live over 3 hours away and yet have stayed on the "stay and play" package 7 times in the last 3 years. This course is not much fun for the 1 or 2 handicap golfer, but it really appeals to the golfer that can't get enough. It also appeals to the "learning" golfer because of the numberous short holes, especially on the front nine. Great Course and lots of fun!!!

They have great deals on weekend trips! It was like $99 for 2 full days of golf and lodging. The course is not spectacular but it is nice.
