This course was designed to play across the plains of Nebraska. With narrow fairways and heavy rough, this course demands a good tee shot and good approach. Seven water hazards come into play and srategically placed sand bunkers guard the greens. The signature hole is #7, a 580-yard, par 5, which requires an accurate approach shot that must avoid a water hazard that sits 60 yards in front of the green. Locals call this hole the "do or die" hole as you must make the decision to lay up or go for the green. Senior discounts are available Monday through Thursday.

I am from Nebraska city, and i will not brag about this course. Greens are speedy at times, but are in good shape. Fairways are cut very well. The rough is not very penalizing at all. Easy to get out of. There are a handfull of holes that can bite you. Some of the holes read short but have all sorts of trouble. A challenging test of golf on a medium length course. Have fun!!!

Great course. Nice 18 hole course west of Nebraska City. Has great layout, large fairways and beautiful greens. Great pro shop. Course always in excellent shape. A must if you love to play golf!! One of 3 great courses in Nebraska City.

My wife and I enjoy traveling to Nebraska City to play this great course once a year. Beautiful hills and wide open fairways make this course enjoyable. A long course but fair. Well kept, great value for the money. You will enjoy!

Hidden Oaks Golf Course
"Hidden Oaks used to be in bad shape."
Hidden Oaks Golf Course was run down into bad shape for a few years. The course was never kept up in good shape. But now there are new owners that have brought the beauty back into Hidden Oaks Golf Course, within two years. Hidden Oaks it still young, but I do beleive it has changed dramatically.

White Hawk Country Club
"Better than others around"
I have golfed at White Hawk for the past three summers and have found it to be a challenging three courses. With black being the hardest it is to the difficult level of a 5-10 handicap player. On average I should in the high 70's and find some days more challenging then others depending on pin placement. But if you are a golf with great accuracy then this course will be almost no match for you. For if you are able to stay in the farways even par is something insight. The course itself is taken care of very nicely and almost all of the employees are friendly. Overall it is my favorite course in the area.

Clear Creek Golf Club
"Best Par 3 Course Ever"
It really makes you work on your short game. If you need help with your wedges this is the place to be. There are some really long par 3 holes up to 200 yards. It is deep in the woods and has some narrow fairways. I give it 5 stars for being challenging and fun.

Yankee Run Golf Course
"Good experience"
Pleasant staff. Nice shop. Course is in excellent condition. Design is (generally) good, and owners continually spend money to improve the product. Very good value.
