This is a Donald Ross course. Good diversity of holes. Fair layout. Among the more difficult and better designed New Hampshire course layouts. Some long par 3's and 4's. Most challenging holes are 9, an uphill par 4; 12, a long uphill par 3 and 18, a long par 4. Green conditions vary from year to year: some years very fast and smooth, and other years slower and bumpier. Varying terrain. Membership are friendly and so are pro shop people.

This course was one of the most beautiful I have been to in New England. Narrow, tough fairways and some steep fairways. Upscale private membership. Not the place for the novice or the poor!

unfriendly and snooty people...except for the pro shop staff who were very nice. The men behind us kept hitting in to us and were rude when asked to stop.

A great north-west Ind. course. Just off of Rt. 41.Reasonably priced-senior discounts-early bird specials-as well as yearly membership rates.-Has a great practice range and putting area. "Executive course on steroids!"
This is an executive course on steroids! I dare you to try to shoot par on this course or let alone your handicap. Comparing this course to the full size courses in the area, it's greens and fairways are in incredible shape. I love playing this course and by the way, it's fully lit. I've played golf at 11:30 pm. Leawood South Country Club
"The place to be!"
Leawood is one of the finest courses I have played in years. The greens are smooth and the fairways are quick. Play this course if you have the chance.

"Must Play"
This golf course has an excellent layout and is a must play in the Detroit area. The greens, fairways, and tees were all in good shape and I believe they had four or five sets of tees to choose from for all different skill levels. The bag drop, shop staff, professionals, bartenders, waitresses, rangers, and starters were all extremely curtious and helpful. I really felt like I was a member at this club. For $70 on a weekend I was a little afraid I wouldn't get my money worth. Now I make about an hour trip a few times a month to play the course.
