| Hello, I am the General Manager at Indian Hill Country Club. I would like to respond to your review by stating how embarrassed we are that this took place at our country club. We lease our restaurant operation to H&H Catering who were managing your event. Although, the restaurant runs as its own private business with no involvement from Indian Hill – we are still very interested in your complaint as our name and reputation is being tarnished by the inconceivable behavior of H&H Catering’s manager/owner. On behalf of the Board of Directors and Membership of Indian Hill Country Club, I sincerely apologize for this horrific event. Currently, we are in the process of securing a new concessionaire for our restaurant operation which should be in place by 9/1/2011. Thank you for your honest feedback. |

| I attended an event here yesterday and was appalled by the inappropriate actions of the manager, Kathy. Her display of professionalism was the worst I have ever experienced and witnessed. The event was scheduled from 12-4; they moved us to a different room, without consulting us, than we had booked because they made a mistake in their bookings. During our event they started to change the room over for their next event while we were still in there and with over an hour to go till we were scheduled to leave. Kathy, the manager, was interrupting our event constantly, bothering the hostess with issues that would have been more appropriate to take care of when the event was finished. She also, in an act much like a 3 year old having a temper tantrum, ripped up a piece of paper and threw it in the hostess’ face as a result of the hostess asking her to please stop changing over the room, we weren’t done yet, as well as her constant interruptions. Kathy also proceeded to scream and yell at all of us at the top of her lungs. Kathy also mentioned that a guest at the shower called the hostess a hemaroid, the hostess questioned what that was and Kathy said “a pain in my ass!” Kathy also followed the hostess into the bathroom and said to her “you aren't a happy person are you?” Kathy also was mimicking the guest of honor while she was speaking to her. Needless to say, we walked out and will never return to this establishment ever again, nor will anyone we know. The way that we were treated and spoke to by Kathy was the most embarrassing act by a so called manager, extremely unprofessional, rude, and resulted in the day ruined and the guest of honor in tears. This woman needs to be fired. |

| From the tees to the greens Indian hill is by far the best golf course in CT. While mixing quality with tough holes it is able to bring you the ultimate golfing eperience. I really enjoyed playing there. |
