This course, built on typically flat terrain, is easy to walk. Even though the fairways are lined with mature trees, they generally afford generous landing areas. The large greens are only slightly sloped, yet numerous sand bunkers have been incorporated into the course design. A creek flows throughout the course that comes into play on several holes. There are additional tees that can be used when playing an eighteen hole round.

Not a bad course. If you hit your driver over 270 you wont need it but two holes at the most.. Fairways are well kept, and greens give an easy approach shot, to get on from anywhere with accuracy...

"Excellent Greens"
Found course to be very challenging. Greens were the best I have ever played on. Some areas on course under repair with new irrigation system, but that will only improve the fairways. Look forward to playing the course in the future.

"Weekend Excursion"
It's the offseason now and we've just returned from 27 holes at Tamahka Trails. The rate was very reasonable, service second to none and the course ... well this old cajun boy has never played a finer course in his life and may never still. The people made us feel as though we never left our home town. They treat you with kindness and respect, catering to your every whim. Let me tell you it was one of the very best golf outings I've ever had (and plan to have again). If you would like to experience golf as it should be ... try Tamahka Trails. You won't be disappointed. And by the way ... for a course this nice the seasonal rates are good also. See you there ...

Nice place. Course O.K. My dad played here allot in the 70's, says he couldn't believe they built homes in it! (he used to live in Sunnydale, next to it.)Only thing I could "complain" about is the skimpy parking lot! Clubhouse was real nice, and the gentleman I spoke to there, (I believe his name was Bob) was very Knowledgable.
