This course has very little water in play, but there are many pine trees that can affect your shots. The fairways are basically open, so most errant shots are the due to the golfer, not the course design. Seniors only get a discount on Monday and ladies get a discount on Tuesday.

I recently played "The Fort" and I would have to say that it is a great golf course for the money. There are many shots that have to be strategically placed in order to have a good second. The greens put true and are pretty fast. I understand that new owners and management have really invested a lot of money to ensure the quality of this golf course. I would reccomend anyone in the area to try this course out. You will not be sorry.
