| The course is on the Little Creek Naval Amphibious Base and is situated among the dunes along the southern beach of the Chesapeake bay. Clever design using the dunes results in several holes with hills--unusual in the otherwise flat Tidewater area. Water comes into play on several holes, including some that requires a lay-up for us duffers and a challenging approach shot for good golfers. A too long shot on at least one of the par threes will put you in the lake. Overall, a fun and interesting course! |

| The course is challenging and fun. The fairways and greens are in excellant condition and the staff is extremely friendly. Call for a tee time early Wednesday for Saturday or Sunday as they tend to fill up quickly. |

| This golf course not only tests your drive/iron selection, but course management. One of the best Military golf courses I have played. |
