Woods Golf Center - Par 3 Course
559 W Germantown PikeNorristown, PA 19403
Phone: (610)279-0678Fax: (610)279-5977
This facility has an eighteen hole par 3 course and a nine hole "pitch and putt" course. The Par 3 Course has a few water hazards and well-established trees that can alter your shots. The "pitch and putt" course is good for working on your short game. If you only wish to play nine holes on the Par 3 Course you still must pay the eighteen hole green fee. Neither of the scorecards show handicaps for individual holes.

Woods is CLOSED!, Jun 22, 2011 |

| Permanently closed and sold for land development. Too bad, it was a nice Par 3 for beginners. |

Too Expensive, Nov 02, 2009 |

| It's a VERY nice par 3 course, especially good for beginners. There a few things that keep me from playing there on a regular basis: 1. $14/$16 is way too expsenive for a par 3 course. I could go just up the road to Skippack Golf Club and pay $20 for a REAL 18 hole course. 2. I realize it's a par 3 course, but they could use a little variety with their holes and maybe throw in more then 2 "driving holes". Overall, it's a very good course, the price is the biggest draw back. |

Good for Beginners, Aug 09, 2008 |

| This is a good golf course for those looking to start playing golf, but are intimidated by larger, fancier courses. The price is very reasonable, and the holes are slightly cramped. However, this makes for an easy walk; I walked all 18 holes today and had no issues. All in all, not very difficult, but the bottom line is, I HAD A LOT OF FUN! |

Great place to learn, Sep 21, 2007 |

| This is a great course to learn how to play or keep your short game in practice. The course is well maintained and is challenging enough for an experienced for experenced golfers, but not overly intimidating for new golfers. The biggest drawl back is that it can play slow, especially on weekends. |

| Wood's is an excellent par 3 course. It's a great place to practice your short game. The course is also very well maintained. Their prices are very reasonable and it's a great course to get out on and just have fun and practice. |

| the course is well maintained. A little cramped, there are several holes where you may hit only a little off course and the ball will end up in someones back yard. I lost a few good titleists that way. It is also confusing because the holes all have two actual holes, and one of the holes has two greens. This can be very confusing |
