| Pine Lakes, which is open to the public, is an enjoyable executive course. Water comes in to play on several of the holes. Despite having a couple of really short holes, the course is quite challenging. One of these short holes, visible from U.S. 41, is a par three that plays like a par five, in the opinion of at least two community residents. Making par on this hole is a real challenge.....and something I accomplished the first time I played the course. Many greens are small and sloped, and getting down in one can be really difficult. Given the quality of the course, I am quite glad that my wife and I decided to buy a home in this golf community. |
