This course was built on gently rolling hills and each hole conforms to its natural surroundings, offering an enjoyable challenge for all abilities. The design features wide fairways that are often tree lined. A few water hazards come into play on a couple holes, as well as some trees in the center of the fairways. The most difficult hole is the last, a 437-yard, par 4, which requires a tee shot either to the left or right of the stone culvert that is visible from the tee. A lateral hazard runs through the center of the fairway and gradually flows toward the right side of the fairway. Weekday tee times may only be reserved two days in advance.

| I-95 is close, you just have to deal with it, this is not an exclusive CC. Course was playable, dry in spots, and the greens were fast on this day. My golf cart was in poor shape, so the nice marshall brought us out a better one.

| Things are better now. I-95 is still there; you just have to block it out. Fairways and greens were in better shape than they were in 2004 and past. Still, improvements need to be made, but overall it was satisfactory. |

Wild and wet, Dec 23, 2004

| This area of NH did not have a super wet fall. This course was a soaker. It's not good when your feet are saturated after 3 holes. Starter was a pain in the butt. I did get a laugh though, the old ranger crashed his cart trying to get to the restroom. |
