This course is located next to the Barefoot Resort, but is separate. In addition to making the most of the naturally-varying terrain, plenty of earth was moved to create the quintessentially Pete Dye-style mounding and contour that define this demanding design. The signature hole is #7, an intimidating par 4, featuring a waste bunker and natural grasses bordering the entire right side of the hole. The well-bunkered, elevated green requires an accurate approach shot.

Malibu Country Club
"Golf at your own pace in LA on a Sunday morning"
I had a wonderful time golfing on this course, the practice facility is not much to write home about but the course and the service was awesome, we were a threesome and got around the course in under 5 hours, we tee'd off at 8:30a and were done by 1:00p, we actually had time to re put the greens several times after every hole and we only waited twice the entire morning, it was wonderful, we are not the greatest golfers either, we were all in the 90's. It was just a pleasure to go to a course and be treated so nice and have such a fun round of golf, thanks.

Hickory Hills Golf Club

I think that overall the course is nice. It could be so much better. Like if the fairways were bent grass and if you would take care of your creek edges and ponds. We would also like to send out all of our thanks to Darel Doss for making Hickory Hills a better place to be. Oh and by the way Wapahani, you just better watch out. Elk Run Golf Club
"Great, challenging course"
Elk run is a wonderful course. It is challenging, long and a ton of fun. you never get tired of the scenery and you need to be on the top of your game to produce. Worth the money, especially since it is a longer course.
