This scenic course is relatively short. Its front nine features tree-lined fairways with narrow landing areas, but its back nine is more open and easier to play. The greens are large, multi-tiered, fast, and firm. Either the North Platte River or three lakes will come into play on eleven holes. The signature hole is #8, a 150-yard, par 3, requiring a tee shot from off an island tee box.

| I played this course on 8-2-04 and loved it. It has enough challenges to keep an experienced golfer on their toes but not so hard that an amateur, like myself, gets frustrated. The signature hole, #8, the white and blue tee box is on an island with a 125 yard shot directly across a large pond onto an uneven green. I found the course to be very enjoyable with the exception of the bugs. If not for these unwanted guests, this course would rate much higher. |
