Comfortable, friendly and Great Food, Feb 19, 2009

We've been a member just for 6 months or so, and wanted to say that this club has alot to offer adults that love the game of golf. Excellent food and picturesque lodge for dining with family and friends. The course is long and narrow, but still manecured to perfection. You will be delighted and happy to join a hugh family of golfers.

Found this course to be very enjoyable to play.No. 1 was the toughest hole on the course, only because it was first.Would like to play it again someday.Fairways and greens were some of the best i played this year.

Tan Tara is a well maintained and enjoyable course. It's long and narrow and is decently challenging although it is a bit flat. They've done a lot of work on drainage this off season so the course will hold up better than most in Western New York. It's vastly superior to the public courses in the area with the exception of Glen Oak. It's only major drawback is the lay out. Par 3's on 1, 9, 10, and 18 takes some getting used to, but overall Tan Tara is a great place to play.
