Great Public Track!, Oct 06, 2004

Great public track, always in excellent condition, good pricing. Play there about twice a month, always treated well. Can score well if you hit it long, but look out for the bunkers and tough greens. Good collection of par 4's ... only has 3 par 5's. Two on front are pretty easy, #17 is a killer! Par 70 ... one of my favorites!

This course has 27 holes, well layed out and fun to play. Excellent customer service, and reasonable rates, especially for the conditions of this course. You must try...but book early, as many people are waiting to fill cancellations.

"Totally worth it!"
For the price they ask, it's totally worth it! It's a great course! There may not be that many trees, but I noticed a few projects that looked like they were working on it, and there is still plenty of beauty surrounding it. Water hazards made it challenging, but all the more fun. Very well kept! The maintenance crew must work hard!

I live in kansas city mo. i have played your course 3 times i have a brother that lives on your course. im a part ime semi pro golfer .What i mean by that is i pick a few tournaments a year to play.I will also be playing your couse this week im picking my brother up to go to houston.i have played over a 150 courses people under rates yours.The course is like two different courses front nine are like alot of midwest courses flat and wide.back nine a lot harder nine going at greens you cant see.lot of easy par three.What im mean again easy for pars not so easy for birdies.Again i like your course i beleive its comperable to over fifty of the courses i have played.Your green fee prices are as cheap as i have seen all across the nation.I will recommend your course to all the golfers i know.Thanks again for the hard work look forwarwed to playing there this week.

Corry Country Club
"A GOLFING EPIPHANY"
How many of us can go back to a course that held many wonderful memories for us 40 years later and have those memories validated and surpassed by the track's present day shape? As a seeker of hidden golfing gems, Corry Country Club is a diamond, and I highly recommend it. The morning I played there, a tournament was set for the afternoon, and I was the only player on the course. May I say that every hole was a delight, deja vu 40 years later, only much much better! I've played throughout the US, Caribbean, China and Indonesia. at Corry, the tees are a treat, the fairways wonderful--I carried my bag and walked the 9 holes--the hills higher, the gullies deeper, the trees and woods taller and thickerthan remembered, and the greens, what a treat--challenging and quick and smooth! And, it is so-o-o-o beautifully quiet! These days there's a driving range. We used to hit them across the 9th fairway! The range is simple and is ringed with pines, the tees are below a rise which makes your ball seem to off into infinity. The clubhouse has been updated, there's a trophy room, my Mom, Edwina Brown, is the first lady listed on the Ladies Club Championship plaque. A restaurant with a good view of the course, and a good pro shop.
