This open and scenic course has water hazards coming into play on three holes. All the holes are bordered by rough, and many of the fairways are tree lined. The terrain is somewhat hilly since this course was designed down in a valley. Slightly-sloped greens vary in size and speed. Tee times are only reserved for weekends and holidays.

Short course, long ball hitters stay away, Aug 21, 2005

Some love this course while true long ball hitters do not. You can leave your driver at home except for maybe 1 or 2 holes. Either short holes, or dog legs make irons or 3-5 woods off the tee a must. Average shape, plays surrounding valleys and a condo / rental community. Wait for early morning specials (18 and cart 20 bux) or random specials if you want to give it a try. I live within walking distance, love to golf, and rarely if ever play here. After special hours the course gets expensive. Well worth the price at special times, not at all during regular times.

"Sweet Little Nine-Holer!"
I have enjoyed this course for over 10 years. It seems to be a well-kept secret, however. The owner of the course and his wife are the finest folks you will ever meet. Although the course is short, it is demanding. You must place your shots very well in order to shoot a good round. Stop by and say hello to the nice folks that own and run the course.

Member : I found this golf course very changing and beautiful. Even though the course is somewhat short, it is heavily guarded with trees and it has a fair amount of sand around the greens and 3 fairway bunkers, the 1st is on #3 and the other 2 on #17 . The greens are very will maintained with a good quick pace to them. It would be wise to keep it in the short grass because the ruff can get pretty hairy. The best thing about this course is that the average cost to play is $20 to $40 dollars with cart. The down side is that it is located in the sticks (Corry Pa.), about 50 to 60 minutes south east of Erie Pa. They recently started taking take t-times about 2 years ago, so you can call ahead and schedule your time (up to 3 days ahead). If you like a changing and scenic golf course you should take the short trip to North Hills and give the course a try. Happy golfing R.A.W.
