Gentle roll, Dec 26, 2008

This is a good course for the beginner golfer or the experienced golfer with new clubs. The course is very forgiving. Long gentle rolling fairways. They have ample room at their driving range. The only complaint is the ruff is "very ruff"!!! The grass was very high and loosing your ball in it is almost certian.

A few long holes and not much of challenge. Good for a beginner golfer to experience. A little bit of everything (sand/water). The course is usually in fair shape. If you are not a great player here it doesn't matter much. You can find the green and still hole out with not much embarassment.

Riverside Country Club
"Nice Course tough lies"
When you play this course be prepared to have a hilly lie on most fairway shots, especially on the back nine. The undulation is remarkable and this course gives an average player a run for his/her money. Mid summer the greens can be unforgiving, but still playable with corect club selection. Altogether a course well manicured and the added bonus of having a complete opposite feeling when playing the front nine and the second nine.

White Hawk Country Club
"Better than others around"
I have golfed at White Hawk for the past three summers and have found it to be a challenging three courses. With black being the hardest it is to the difficult level of a 5-10 handicap player. On average I should in the high 70's and find some days more challenging then others depending on pin placement. But if you are a golf with great accuracy then this course will be almost no match for you. For if you are able to stay in the farways even par is something insight. The course itself is taken care of very nicely and almost all of the employees are friendly. Overall it is my favorite course in the area.

"Excellent Greens"
Found course to be very challenging. Greens were the best I have ever played on. Some areas on course under repair with new irrigation system, but that will only improve the fairways. Look forward to playing the course in the future.
