This hilly course has numerous trees that can affect your shots. Water hazards come into play on a few holes, and the greens are fast. A standard cut of rough defines the narrow fairways. The signature hole is #2, a 130-yard, par 3, requiring a tee shot down a steep hill to the green. Every Monday, this club doesn't open the course until after 1 PM.

| This was the course I learned on. The inaugural round was played by Sam Snead. It's a fun run for 9 holes, challenging without being oppressive about it. Power drivers will love #1, #3 and #9. Iron skills tested on #2. It's a very pretty course, hilly, lots of trees, a neat little creek, a course you want to walk. The greens are not malignant, as I recall. |
