This executive course has nineteen holes. It is a fun course, but requires accurate shots in order to score well. The fairways are wide open, and the greens are undulating. The terrain varies from flat to rolling, and water hazards come into play on nine holes. The signature hole is called "Lucky 13," a 120-yard, par 3, requiring a tee shot to an island green. This hole converts this into a nineteen hole course, so add 120 yards for the men's tee and 93 yards for the ladies' tee to the scorecard's total yardage shown within the database for correct overall yardage.

Beautiful course, Oct 10, 2010

This is a beautiful golf course. We just moved here 7 months ago and finally got a chance to get out to play this course which is just up the road from our home. We make knit golf club covers for golfers around the world and we have been so busy. This course is very well kept. And it was as beautiful as we had heard it was from our neighbors.

WAS VERY CLEAN AND NOT TO BUSY. REALY GOOD FOR YOUR SHORT GAME AND THE PRICE WAS NOT BAD AT ALL. PARKING WAS MOSTLY IN THE SHADE. CARTS WERE CLEAN AND READY TO GO.

Marshallia Ranch Golf Course
"Marshallia Rocks"
This is one tough but, neat course. Carved out of the hills surrounding Vandenberg AFB, the layout is challenging and scenic. Play in the fall and winter for the best weather, because spring and summer can be very cool and windy. Each hole rewards a decent shot, but plucks out your heart if your shot runs errant. Ice plant gives a new meaning to the word, rough. Here's a putting tip, 90% of the putts break toward the high hills to the south, though you will swear it can't be. The course is usually in terrific condition and the Clubhouse very accomodating. Green fees, equipment and food are more than reasonable when compared to nearby courses. This is one gem all golfers must experience.

Hawktree Golf Course
"Mid-80's golfer"
Hawktree is an extremely beautiful and challenging course. By having four seperate tee box choices, the course is designed for the best golfers right down to the average golfers. Course management is an absolute must. "Risk-Reward" is an understatement. You can find yourself adding several strokes if you get "too gutsy." The design of the course offers beautiful views with challenging holes. It is a little spendy, but you WILL get your money's worth. I recommend it to everybody who swings a stick.
