There are eight replica holes from the best courses in the world: #4 is #8 at Royal Troon; #5 is Muirfield's #9; #6 is #16 from Augusta; #11 is Augusta #12; #12 is Augusta 13; #13 is St. Andrews #17; #14 is St. Andrews #1; and #15 is Baltusrol #4. The other holes are original designs. "Golf Digest" rated this course 63rd under the category of "America's Top 75 Affordable Courses" in their 1996 list of "America's Best Golf Courses Everyone Can Play." The same publication also rated it 57th in the category of "Top 75 Public Course" in 1990.

| A lot of work has been poured in Golden Ocala. It is now a private course with by far the nicest club house in Ocala. Beautifully maintained,wooded and the signature holes still remain. If you don't hit straight bring a lot of balls. This course will challenge the best of players. |
