This nine hole course will be an eighteen hole course with the completion of nine holes in the fall of 2000. The existing nine holes feature greens that are designed in size proportionately with the length of the holes. They are undulating and extremely quick. The fairways are tree lined. Hole #9 is perhaps the most unique and challenging hole on the course, with its multi-terraced landing areas. It is very reminiscent of a vintage Jack Nicklaus design. Water comes into play on four holes. The course features a forty-three acre lake. The signature hole is #11, a 349-yard, par 4, which has both an island fairway and an island green. Tee times can be scheduled by calling (352)687-1000.

Greens are ridiculous, Apr 04, 2009 |

| The greens are totally ridiculous. Rock hard and will not hold anything resulting in the ball going into the woods. The key to playing it is to hit your approach shots short, chip up to the hole as close as you can and tap it in for your par. Behind every green is a wooded area. If your ball goes in there.....it's sayonarra baby. |

| My wife and I played here a number of weeks ago. Here is a course that has a very nice layout. The course has gone through ownership changes so this might be why the course is in bad shape. This has the potential of being one of the nicest courses in the area. |
