This club features gently rolling hills and dramatic elevation changes. Most fairways are tree lined, and eleven lakes come into play on seven holes. The greens average 6,500-square feet in size. The signature hole is #7, a 155-yard, par 3, requiring a tee shot over water to a large, contoured green surrounded by mature trees. A large, scalloped bunker in front of the green adds visual depth.

For the price, you cannot play a much nicer course in North Mississippi/Memphis area. Just a great experience!!!

This is a fun course for any level player. I'm a nine handicap, but play often with beginners who also love this course. The lush fairway grass guarantees a good lie, and the greens are championship bermuda--not bent grass. They ensure remarkable stroke consistency from green to green. Lots of challenges that are possible to overcome with some thought and course management.

"Pleasantly surprised"
Yes, I played tippy twice last summer, I was impressed the greens are well manicured, as are the fairways, the rough, although nearly nonexistent is playable. The fairways are hilly and narrow. Overall, it was a nice playing course for your average golfer. P.S the food in the clubhouse is excellent, try the bunger burger.

"Frosty Valley"
Frosty Valley is a golf course that gives a feeling of success in all parts of your game. Strategic pin locations give each shot to the green a different spin, and makes even the best person's short game be tested. As for the far hitters, the par 5's here are among far distances and have challenging obsticles just off to the side of the fairways, forcing you to hit with immense precision. The greens have tough breaks in them, making this course exciting and a fun place to visit. Frosty Valley also has a pro shop with a great amount of equipment that will suit any golfer.
