Cheap Sandhills Golf, Dec 21, 2010 |

| I found the course to be old school sandhills style golf, pine straw on the edges of the fairways and no bunkers. Course was not that long but very narrow causing you to have to work the golf ball in both directions. Played it in the fall so the greens and fairways were in transistion. Course was and is very rough around the edges but if you look past that it is a very enjoyable and challenging place to play. |

Cow pasture (could have used some), Jul 29, 2010 |

| Spongy greens had been cut...but nothing else had. Fairways and tee boxes were just plain bad. Cart paths could have been declared impassable. No landscaping or trimming done in a very long time. Hard to believe the previous person who rated this course so well actually played there recently. It was cheap...thank goodness. Guy in sparsely stocked pro shop was quite nice. We only saw one other group on the course on July 27th. |

| THIS COURSE IS A PUBLIC COURSE (NOT SEMI PRIVATE) A GREAT PLACE TO PLAY FOR ALL GOLFERS. THE LOCAL PROS MEET THERE ON WEDNESDAY TO CHALLENGE EACH OTHER. I ENJOYED A WONDERFUL SUNDAY AND PLAN TO RETURN OFTEN. IT IS CHEAPER THAN THE COURSE ON POST AND IS NEAR THE NEW HOUSING ON HWY 87. THE PRICES ARE $15 BUCKS ON WEEKDAYS AND $20 ON WEEKENDS AND THAT IS WITH THE CART!!!!!! IT IS LOCATED IN THE CAROLINA SEASONS SUBDIVISON..OFF PONDEROSA ROAD. |

| I'm not a golfer who has the money for Anderson Creek so I play here. The course needs a little work but it always fun to play with my golf buddies. Not bad if you want to play and not pay! See you on the course. |

| Lawdog must have had one too many. The fairways have no grass, the greens are extremely slow and you need a compass and map to find the place. If you like to grab something to eat when you make the turn, take a picnic basket with you, not much in the clubhouse. Price is extremely reasonable, about $20 anytime and that includes cart. Course layout is good, but the conditions are not. If you are an unemployed greenskeeper, you might want to make the trip and drop off an application. |

Diamond in the rough, Dec 20, 2004 |

| Competive with finer courses because staff keeps in excellent condition. Tucked out of the way so not over played. Informal atmosphere very relaxing for both the beginner who is learning the game and the more advanced golfer wh is honing his skills. Not unusual to see deer in woods or fairways and Canadian geese in the ponds. |
