Fun Course, Oct 03, 2006 |

| I enjoy this course because I can golf for 8 bucks and it's challenging enough to make it interesting. The scenery is good with nice houses throughout and the course is pretty well taken care of. I also like the fact that I can show up in shorts and t-shirt without any hassle. Golfing this course over and over may be booring to some but I like to see how good a score I can get on these familiar holes. |

The Par 3 is better than the Executive Course, May 28, 2004 |

| If you like to play par 3's than the Meadows is one of the best in Omaha. You have to hit over the creek, or at least near it, on three holes. The Greenskeeper does an outstanding job (compared to Swiggart, the other par 3 nearby). The moguls around the green make approach shots interesting. The longest hole is about 170 yds but most are around 100. The Executive might be longer but compared to other par 72 courses, it lacks much. The Knolls, which is just down the street is a much better course and it has 18 holes. The main problem with the Executive course is that the fairways are far too narrow and they don't have much character (dog legs, etc). The Meadows is the real jewel at this course. |
