This hilly course features thick foliage lining its fairways. Locals consider the course difficult because the fairways are so narrow. There is a creek that runs throughout the course that comes into play on many holes. President Clinton played a round here after participating in Net Day 96. "Nice course but difficult to get on........"
This is a great course, provided you can get on it. Always packed, best course in the area by far....I played here once and I am a resident, that shows you how hard it is to get a tee time here, used to be they only wanted non-residents because they pay more to play, (residents get a great discounted rate)...bad management idea there, of course residents complained and alot has changed....if you get the chance to play here by all means do it...you wont regret it...

"Golf at your own pace in LA on a Sunday morning"
I had a wonderful time golfing on this course, the practice facility is not much to write home about but the course and the service was awesome, we were a threesome and got around the course in under 5 hours, we tee'd off at 8:30a and were done by 1:00p, we actually had time to re put the greens several times after every hole and we only waited twice the entire morning, it was wonderful, we are not the greatest golfers either, we were all in the 90's. It was just a pleasure to go to a course and be treated so nice and have such a fun round of golf, thanks.

Fun course. Not too difficult but is fun for all levels of golfers. From the back tees is very much a challenge. Is wide open enough to be fun for all golfers. Is made for golf only- no homes or condos to distract from the play.
