| If I could I would rate this "course" minus 5 stars. A few years ago it was a great course to play. But the golf course went bust in June 2006 thru lack of investment. Now there's little there to show a golf couse ever existed. Unfortunately there are many website search engines that dont know this fact and keep bringing it up when people search for it ! |

No grass fairways, Apr 06, 2006 |

| Meadow Woods was the first golf course I have ever seen that has no live grass on any fairway or in the rough. Although the greens have been watered and were green, the rest of course was short, dead, yellow grass that looked exactly like straw. Hitting balls off the fairway was like hitting off of concrete. Even walking was hard on the feet because of the hard packed ground. Tee boxes were mostly soft dirt. It was in the worst condition you could imagine. |

| Meadow Woods is a nice course, althought not the best I have ever played on. The fairways are narrow due to the fact that it is located in a small neighborhood. The Par 4 13th should be pretty much played as a par 5 unless you can hit the long ball really well, or like to loose some balls. The fairways were also pretty dry as was the rest of the course. Fast greens make even the easy puts challenging. |
