This exclusively private course is reminiscent of a Scottish links-style design. The greens are well-manicured and subtle in how they break. The rolling fairways are very forgiving, and the sand bunkers are well placed. Water hazards are also plentiful. Environmentally protected areas are present on three holes and wildlife is abundant, with numerous birds, deer, alligators, and wild turkeys. There are two signature holes on this course, #9, a 378-yard, par 4, and #18, a 333-yard, par 4. Water comes into play on both of these bulk-head green holes. Guest green fees are not published at the request of the course. The 5,464-yard ladies' tee also has a men's course rating of 66.6 and a slope of 114.
