Beautiful golf course with great oak and maple trees nestled along the Cedar River. Number 2 is a up hill par four with the second shot to a blind green atop a limestone bluff and rated on of the toughest in Iowa. Number 5 you tee off a bluff and over the trees to another hidden green with the river menacing on the right. Six is a short par 3 over the river with the green well protected by huge oak trees. You walk over a swinging bridge to reach the green and 7th tee. Tee back over the river to number 7 and follow along through #8. Number 9 is a short par 5 with OB on the right and huge trees on both sides of the fairway. The small sloping green sits atop a bluff and demands a great approach shot. If you tend to hit the ball to the right bring an extra sleeve or two as holes 3 thru 9 have woods, the river, OB, or all of the above to gather all shots off line. It is a great short couse that will challenge the best yet reward those who hit it staight and bring their short game with them. Give it a try, you will enjoy your time.

Valencia CC is a gorgeous layout and wonderful design that only gets better with maturity. This Robert Trent Jones course is a truly great test of golf. Demanding par fives and threes along with several of the finest par fours I've ever played make for a challenging and wonderful round. The 66,000 sq. ft. clubhouse with wonderful restaurant, grill room, snack bar, and great pro shop make this one of the most beautiful settings there is to play a round of golf. The practice facilities are absolutely great. This is one of the top 100 golf courses in the United States.
