This course completed construction of a new nine holes in 1998 in order to create an eighteen hole design. The terrain is built on gently rolling hills with creeks and lakes coming into play on eleven holes. The back nine holes offer many areas with a multitude of trees. The signature hole on this modern layout is #18, a 391-yard, par 4, featuring a dogleg left fairway and requiring a second shot over a pond that must carry between 150 and 200 yards to a shallow green.

Love this course. Pool area needs a little work done but the golfing is in great shape.

"South Georgia's best secret"
What a wonderful couse that plays well all year round. This couse will test all skill levels but is fair. With wide fairways but tough rough and a lot of trees if you miss the fairway. Fairly long most par 4 play between 380 to 410 yards. Water comes into play on 5 holes. Couse is in great shape and a 3 1/2 hour round is the norm!

This course is a hidden gem. With new construction to the course, it makes it one of the best in the region. I will honestly say within two years it WILL be the best in all of the tristate region. The greens are kept in superb condition. A course that you will end up playing every club in your bag.

One of the toughest and most perfectly maintained courses I've seen. Always has the best greens in the state. Looooooong par fours, interesting par fives and great par threes. Friendly, non-pretentious membership.

"Good Starter Course"
For an inexpensive, well maintained course to play while you are learning the basics of golf, this course is the one to play on. No par 5's. The course has good water, and easy par 3's that are helpful when you feel the pressure of the group behind you when your beginning. For the price, the location in Fountain Valley's Mile Square Park is beautiful, and I've never felt that a person starting off in the sport would feel embarrassed to make a mistake at this course.
