| I have played this course several times but always in early October as a guest in an invitational tournament consisting of 5 9-hole matches over two days. This course is one of the best maintained courses that I have ever played. It is challenging from the back tees, where the tournament is played, but would be on the difficult side from the middle tees. There are two holes on the front nine that are back to back and are one of the most difficult back to back par 4 holes you will ever play. They are the no. 1 and 3 handicap holes on the course. Yes, shot and club selection are critical on this tract. The greens are some of the most difficult to putt which makes scoring very difficult. It is a course that will test yourself while you enjoy yourself! |
