This course was built on rolling terrain, and the locals consider it one of the most difficult courses to play in the area. The narrow fairways are tree lined, and water hazards come into play on several holes.

This is a very nice municipal course and is spoiled only by the consistant rudeness of its staff. I have heard this comment from a large number of people when I have joined other players whom I did not know. That said, the course is usually in extreemly good condition and offers some challenging holes. On the front nine, number 5 is the number 1 handicap but really shouldn't be. The hole is the longest par 4 but not especially challenging. Number 7 is an intimidating par 3 over water with a very undulating green and large sand trap. The back nine is more difficult with a long (200+ yards) par 3 followed by a downhill to a narrow green par 4 (13 & 14 holes respectively). Hole 16 demands a very straight drive with water to the right and trees blocking your approach if you go left. Finally 18 is great. Position on your tee shot (about 220 yards from the tips) is critical. The second shot must be threaded through tall trees just waiting to block your shot. If you make the field goal, and hit the green, you still have a tricky putt as the green has some severe breaks.

"TOUGH GREENS"
I live in the neighborhood so, I've played it many times. Very nice course. Be in shape if you're gonna walk it, though, it isn't called Hilltop for nuthin! Competitive rates, great conditon. These greens are TUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUFF. They're fun though, as is the whole course. Lotta trees lining the fairways, so you gotta keep it straight. Not a lot of water comes into play, just a few holes.

Meadow Woods Golf Club
"Meadow Woods"
Meadow Woods is a nice course, althought not the best I have ever played on. The fairways are narrow due to the fact that it is located in a small neighborhood. The Par 4 13th should be pretty much played as a par 5 unless you can hit the long ball really well, or like to loose some balls. The fairways were also pretty dry as was the rest of the course. Fast greens make even the easy puts challenging.
