Breakers, The - Ocean Course

This facility has two regulation eighteen hole courses. The Ocean Course is the oldest eighteen hole course in Florida. The greens are elevated and heavily bunkered. This course was redesigned by Donald Ross in 1926. The newly renovated West Course is longer than the Ocean Course. In addition, the West Course's greens are larger, plus there are more water hazards in play than on the Ocean Course. Homes are found lining some of the fairways on the West Course. The greens on both courses are well maintained. Only guests of the hotel and members are allowed to play these courses. You may only walk these courses after 3 PM.

| My family has owned the breakers since the begining and is the best goling experience in Palm Beach, and for that matter, the United States. both the ocean course and the West course are fantastic. But why listen to me, come experience it for yourself, we'll see you there. |

| Played course in the summer. It is immaculately maintained and a fun course to play. Was not as slow as many I have played in S. Florida. Not real long, but is challenging enough to make it interesting and fun. |
