This club has three nine hole courses that are played in three eighteen hole combinations. The South and West Courses are very similar and are the longest of the three. The fairways on these two courses are more wide open. The signature hole is #5 and plays toward the clubhouse and requires a tee shot over water. The East Course is more of a target course. Most of the water hazards are on this course. There are scenic views of the mountains from this course. Some of the condominiums are part of a rental program. The course is managed by American Golf.

Rock Creek is a very fun course to play. It is not very challenging and is a very short course. The fairways are tree lined but they do not come into play on most shots. Elk Run Golf Club
"Excellent mid hdcp course"
I am a 10 hdcp. I find Elk Run to be a bit on the short side. Too many driver-wedge holes. However, I love practicing here. It's quiet and beautiful. Each hole has it's own seperate look. I hate back and forth golf, another reason I enjoy Elk Run so much. Excellent value and great staff. If you're looking for a course to make you feel good about the game, this is it.

"Great Course, especially to learn on..."
This is the course I learned how to play golf on. It is challenging on the long holes and very friendly on the par 3's. Fun course and is reasonably priced. Have fun in the sun out there
