This is a traditional Florida course with typical flat terrain, but there is some mounding that comes into play on many holes. The course is located along the north shore of the historic Manatee River, and the course takes pride in its preservation. There are many sand bunkers on the course, and water hazards come into play on many holes. There is a defined cut of rough bordering the fairways. The greens are average in size, somewhat sloped and have medium speed.

Beautiful setting with woods and/or water in play on most holes. The course rewards players that are consistent from the tee.

Sinking Valley Country Club
"Beautiful"
This is a beautiful course especially in the fall. The holes are surrounded by mountains as it sits in a beautiful valley. The course is kept in great shape and the holes are all playable for advanced to novice players. In general this is 18 holes of great golf.

Concord Country Club
"Concord - A unknown gem"
I have played many of the areas finest private and public golf courses and Concord ranks well for the design, beauty and difficulty of the course. The staff and members are personable and with the recent renovations the facilities are much improved. A great course to play or club to join!!!!!
