This course is part of a retirement community and nursing home facility. The community was designed and built by J.C. Penney, although the company did not design the golf course. The course itself has three par 3's and six par 4's. Golfing is not permitted on Sunday. You must be a guest of a resident to play the course. Members have their own carts, therefore no rental carts are available. The ladies tee off from the same set of tees as the men.
