This public facility has two regulation eighteen hole courses. Both of these tree-lined courses are fairly flat, but have some mounding that can cause uneven lies. There are water hazards coming into play on at least eight holes per course. The greens are large and medium speed. The Karakung Course was originally nine holes, but an additional nine holes were completed back in 1989. If you only wish to play nine holes on either course, you still must pay the eighteen hole green fee, which are good for all-day play.

Playing at Cobbs Creek Golf Course has an old saying: If you can play well at Cobbs Creek, you should be able to play well at any other course you play.This old course has some very intresting holes to play. Well place tee shots and fairway shots are a key. They have gone under some major repairs and making the course more challening. Just when you are having a great round, Cobbs comes up and grabs you down to earth. Lots of fun to play, and sometimes lots of slow play. They need to have a cart rule only on the weekend play.

"New golf course that is fun to play"
Good condition, straight forward and fun to play. Plays shorter than the yardage and the ball tends to feed towards the fairways. Greens are very nice. It is an enjoyable experience and a pretty place to play. I recommend it to anyone heading to California's Antelope Valley.

Shawnee Lookout Golf Course
"Beautiful, Scenic, Challenging, HILLLLLLYYY"
I have played this course several times when traveling to the Cincinnati area and have found this gold course to be most scenic. First few holes are easy.. but this just to draw you into the ambush of trees, hills, water and rough that lie ahead. Very fun course to play. Nestled and secluded right in the corner of where three states meet, with views of the Ohio river and Great Miami River.

Mohawk Park Golf Course - Pecan Valley Course
"Best Public Golf Course in Tulsa"
Mohawk Golf Course is a nice wooded area about .5 miles away from the Tulsa Zoo, Dont worry it doesnt smell and it isnt that noisy. The only distractions are on the 6,7,8th and holes when you can hear monkeys in the distance, its pretty cool when hear them and you're in a wooded area. There's lots of water, greens are in good shape, rough is fine, very creative par three's, and a good experience. Oh yeah, threres plenty of squirrels and swans roaming the course. If you go during the summer and you get a tee time(around 7 a. m.) in the early morning the fog of the creeks and ponds rise and fairways are misty. If you need tee times go to playtulsa.com(make sure you do google search and type playtulsa.com and then something below will pop up saying If the URL is valid, try visiting that web page by clicking on the following link: playtulsa.com.) click on it and you'll go to the web site. If you are not registered go head and do so then choose Mohawk:Pecan Valley, there you can set tee times, no. of players and so on. You can also choose the other courses like South Lakes, located in Jenks. Page Belcher located 1 mile west of Jenks. LaFortune located between 51st and 61st on Yale Ave. in Tulsa Oklahoma, then also both Mohawk Pecan Valley, and Woodbine. Hope this helps you.

Soboba Springs Royal Vista Golf Course
"oddly challenging"
This is one of the hidden gems in Southern California. I live in the Palm Springs area and yet I travel the sixty miles to play this course on a fairly regular basis. The low green fees tell the tale about the course condition. It is not the awesomely green, delicately manicured track you get here in the desert, but the natural beauty and interesting design make it much more fun than the bulldozed beasts you see around here. Playing from the black tees will give the vast majority of players all the challenge they will want. You'll use about every club in your bag and scratch your head when you bogey that hole that looks so easy to birdie. If you ever travel to the Hemet area, give this course a go, you won't regret it.
