This hilly course has narrow fairways. The greens are difficult because they are very fast and sloped. There are water hazards that come into play on eleven holes. Donald Ross redesigned the original holes in 1912, then added the back nine in 1930.

Lush course - very challenging, Aug 23, 2005

The course is well maintained with narrow fairways and plenty of trees and high grass. Great staff and pro shop.
