John Thompson is one of the best golf course designers. From Spring Hollow, Pickering Valley, Fox Chase CC, I've played them all. They are beautiful designs.

This course offers a challenge to the low hanidcapers but is also forgiving is most area's for high handicappers. A solid public course for a good price. The Back nine is definitly the better nine on this course. Driving Range is below average.

Scenic and challenging, May 07, 2004
reviewer: Kevin Marsh from Little Rock AR
Bring out the big sticks! You'll need them. Although the yardage isn't killer long, lots of uphill shots and the thick grass make for a challenging round. The scenery is nice and the layout is anyhing but boring. Several holes had layouts I'd never even thought about (2, 13). Not cheap, but nothing is up East. Enjoyed the round as it was a unique layout.
