Table Rock Golf Club

This tree-lined course is located in a valley between the mountains near South Carolina State Park. The terrain is rolling, and the small greens are sloped. The narrow fairways make shot accuracy a must. The signature hole is #8, a 147-yard, par 3, featuring a sliding rock waterfall that makes this the most beautiful hole on the course.

| I am not sure which golf course most of these people have been playing, but The Rock is in better shape than most golf courses in the Upstate. I will admit that they have had trouble in the past with some poor conditions, but not in the last 2 years. This is one of only a few golf courses in the area that still have greens..... and great greens at that. Its a fun little track that my foursome will frequent quit often. |

| The rock is a good value course. Conditions are usually not great but they are playable and I think the layout has some fun holes. it is not a very long course but you should play it from the back tees and I think you will find the holes are much better than some of the reviews have mentioned. the course is located in a beautiful setting and can make for an enjoyable outing. |

| Though I have been playing a relatively short period of time (18 months)opportunities for play at over a dozen courses have come my way. My reason for writting this review is that I feel some others have been unfair in their evaluation of Table Rock. The course does have relatively narrow fairways and challenging greens. That being said, all of my rounds here have been enjoyable. The course is fair while offering many options on shot selection. Due to the layout the driver may stay in the bag more often than some boomers may want but, once again, the course offers options. My crew and I will be back. |

Potential lost, Jul 05, 2007 |

| Considering the par three view the rest of this course is poor at best. In fact the view on that par three is like finding a Rembrandt in a 3rd grade art contest....doesn't belong. The course is just not very good. Poor conditions all the way around. $20 is about what it is worth. Rolling Greens is not that far away for a much better course. |

Not worth the drive, Aug 31, 2005 |

| Table Rock is a poorly designed golf course with narrow fairways and very small greens. Table Rock has very nice golf carts and scorecards, but everything related to the course itself was average. Course conditions were average, but the design of the course made experience very lacking. |
