This equity club opened in 1996 and is limited to members, guests and sponsored guests. It provides an alternative for those who work and play at the large collection of resort courses in that area. The course wanders through an uncut forest of scattered hardwoods and evergreens. There are more elevation changes on this course than any other in the area. The greens are large, averaging 6,500 square feet. Another attractive feature for traditionalists is members will be encouraged to walk, and a caddie program will be in place once demand warrants. Among Forest Creek's initial members is the longtime pro at the Country Club of North Carolina, Buck Adams. "GOLFWEEK" selected the course 15th in the category of "America's 100 Best Modern Courses" for 1998 and 19th for 1999.

| This is a special place. People are easy-going, friendly and genuinely happy to meet you. The golf course is lined with amazing pine trees and wonderful, natural (not flowery)landscape. A pleasure to play in every sense. It will, no doubt, be in every golf magazine award book when the second course and club house are finished. |

| Besides The Golf Club in New Albany Ohio. This is the best course I have ever played. The people are as nice as they come. It is a place where you can truly enjoy the game of golf. |
