  "Peaceful Day of Golf"
  I found the course to be in excellent condition, challenging and peaceful. Our group played a round in under 4 hours and did not see another golfer the entire day. Very private.

• Emerald Lakes Golf Center
  "The nicest 9 hole around"
  Emerald Lakes is a fun little course that provides the basic golf experiance to the younger golfers in the Elk Grove area. The course has many hazards, including hole 5 which is as good as an island hole as you could get at any 9 hole course. The Course tends to be real hard in the summer and extremely wet during the winter. Give the grass at least 3 or 4 days to soak up water after a hard rain or you'll be chipping out of the mud on most holes. Overall, the course provides just enough amusement to keep the low end golfers happy, while aslo providing a great practice facility including a driving range, chipping green, and putting green. The bottom line, this is the best 9 hole course in the Elk Grove Area.

  "Oak Lane CC"
  This is an extremely well kept course. The course requires a wide variety of shots. If you are not on top of your game from the blue tees you will be in for a long day. The greens are very fast and hard to read. When you move up to the white or gold tees the course becomes very playable for the higher handicap player.

  "Very, Very Nice"
  Played here about 8 times over 3 visits...keeps getting better and better. The greens are fantastic, and the course lays out well. A very fun track that never gets boring.
