This course was built on extremely hilly terrain and has many trees lining its fairways. The fairways are narrow, and the small greens are fast. Lakes and creeks come into play on nine holes. The signature hole is #12, a 330-yard, par 4, requiring a tee shot over a severe swale, then an approach shot over water to a double-tiered green. Junior discounts are only available on weekdays.

This golf course was one of the best I have been to it was alot of fun adn the cost wasn't that bad this a great course to go to especially if your a sctrach golfer like me. If you like to golf, go to this course

If you yearn to play real golf in the quiet of the country, and desire a challenge, then Bay Hills is your course. From Hole 1 throuugh 18 you will find no better golf experience at any price in the greater Omaha area. You can find more expensive, but who wants to listen to police and fire sirens while playing. I sure don't. Bay Hills is a thinking Golfer's Golf course, for all abilities and players, temping you with long makable shots or allows you to play safe for a great score. The staff is excellent and the freindship is free. For one of the world's great golf experiences I highly recommend Bay Hills to anyone.

By far, Bay Hills is my favorite course near Omaha to play. The course sits outside of Plattsmouth, so the quietness is very peaceful. Full grown trees line fairways, tee boxes and greens making it difficult, but beautiful. Sure, it is a tough course, but well worth effort. I highly advise a visit to Bay Hills.

Cardinal Creek Golf Club

A course perhaps more friendly for the long-ball hitter with more than enough water and some deviously placed sand. Access to the course requires a military affiliation or a friend who can host your play but, well worth the trip. Given its location (on base), play is seldom hampered by a crowded course which also makes it a most hospitable course for the slower player, the short ball hitter or those just learning the game. The placement of water (ponds and streams) makes for an interesting attack plan and invites disaster for the reckless. Improved traps, general landscaping and more attention to tee boxes and greens over the past two seasons has made the course much more enjoyable. The first six holes are a low rolling layout with a lot of trees in play along the fairways. The rest of the course is basically flat with several holes playing parallel to the runway and an occasional aircraft take-off or landing adding to the view. Course amenities are well maintained. Walk, pull a cart or ride in a relatively new electric cart. The golf carts are in great shape and an adjacent driving range is a plus for tuning up before hitting off of the first tee. The clubhouse has a small grill for lunch with a comfortable seating area for a beer after the game. The pro shop is equipped to handle most needs.

"Phil Mickelson`s College Course..."
If Phil Mickelson honed his game here then you can imagine why hes so good. This course is very difficult if you dont hit the fairways, and if your drive is a little off your in trouble. This is a very tight driving type course, you must be in the fairway at all times, some holes are not as bad as others but some are hazardous to your golf game. I did not play well here, I am not a great player so after playing here I decided unless I get much better at this game I should avoid this course. The greens are extremly fast, I mean like putting on marble. The first hole is a good opening hole, if you hit the fairway your fine buuuuut, go left or right your in trouble. I hit my drive to the right as I am a lefty, i pull hooked my tee shot on to a mound, when I addresed the ball to hit it my right leg was up so high that I popped the ball straight up in to air and it went maybe 75 yds. already I was looking at bogie at best.... not a good beginning to my golf day. A great course non the less, your putting will be severly tested here...Have fun.....
