This municipal course made some improvements in 1995, including the addition of nine new holes. The signature hole is #5, a 104-yard, par 3. This entire hole, from tee to green, is situated on a small island. All of the tees and some of the greens are elevated. There is one lake that comes into play on three of the original holes. Condominiums and private homes will be lining the course's fairways in the near future.

Horrible Service, Jul 30, 2010 |

| The course is fun, well kept and great to play but the employees made sure that I will never play there again. We called a week in advance for a tee time and explained that we want to play 18. The woman gave me her name and said that 18 holes would be no problem. When we arrived to play our round we were told by the same woman that we could only play nine and the woman lied to my face and said she never booked us for 18. She said that she would only allow nine. We never would have set up the tee time for only 9 holes. Too bad, as the course really is nice. |

Employees ruined my groups experience., Apr 27, 2009 |

| I really enjoyed the course and thought it had some cool holes and was kept up very well. The pricing was great also. However the employees were so bad that I'm unsure if I'm willing to golf there again. My group was approached 4 times by the starters. The reason we were approached was because they felt we were moving slow due to one of our scramble team members not bringing his own clubs. There was no one behind us and we were moving quickly to try to beat the rain. We did apologized and assured them next time we’d make sure everyone had their own clubs, but the SAME starter approached us 3 times and called the other starter to approach us on this as well. How many times do you need to approach a group about something that can’t be fixed and isn’t affecting anyone outside of their group? We weren't able to finish the round due to rain, but I'm sure we could have finished a few more holes if we weren't hounded by the staff. It was really bizarre that it was basically the same conversation 4 times in a matter of 3 hours. |

Great value and a fine Municipal Course, Sep 19, 2004 |

| A really nice if a little short golf course. Excellent shape and a great value. Very nice fairways, excellent greens and for a reasonably short course, lots of trouble if you get out of the fairway. Water comes into play on 8 holes including 3 of the par 3s. #14 is an excellent hole which plays completely on an island from tee to green. Just a little confusing to navigate the course on the first play as there is a lot of distance between tees and you cross the streets several times. As friendly a staff as I have ever encountered helps make this a must play course. |

| Not a long course, but challenging enough for novice and experienced golfer. Can be slow on weekends. Greens and fairways in good condition. usually friendly staff. |
