This course is fairly tight and short, and the terrain differs from hole to hole. The greens and tees are elevated, but not too severely. The signature hole is #3, a 375-yard, par 4, featuring a dogleg right, tree-lined fairway. "Golf Digest" rated this course as the 2nd "Best Public Course" in the state for 1996.

| Now, my school uses this course as its home course, and it has some good aspects. It has a great staff, a wide variety of holes, nothing too long (thus making birdie possible on many holes), and the best part, magnificent, and I mean heavenly greens! However, with no driving range or large chipping area, it is hard to warm-up, and unfortunately, the course is not as well-kept as the greens, making the fairways and the rough indistinguishable, so that you get little to no roll. |
