The architectural firm of Ault, Clark & Associates, together with Curtis Strange as a design consultant, designed and constructed nine new greens, nine new tees, re-routed a few holes and added a new driving range. The fairways and greens are medium-sized, but do offer challenging play. A variety of mature trees, including pines and dogwoods, line a couple of holes on the course, and the greens are undulating. The signature hole is #2, a 146-yard, par 3, which requires a tee shot to carry a small river that sits approximately 10 yards from the green.

Great for a short course, Mar 10, 2009 |

| Great course for what it is, a practice course. On nice days, be prepared for slow play (it is a place for beginners). If you need lessons, I highly recommend the Pro, Bob Sutter. I can't talk highly enough about him. |

| This is the best par 3 course I have played. It is a great place to hone your short game and iron play. It is a challenging little course. It is very well-maintained. You have to get there early if you don't want to wait in line. It's first come, first serve. |

Great for all ages, Feb 02, 2004 |

| Aside from this course being played regularly by Chandler Harper (PGA hall of famer), City Park has a great youth program practically year round. Also, the course is always in great shape and, although, it is a very short 9-hole course, it is very challenging. |
