Best deal on Maui, May 16, 2005

Very, very nice course, well maintained, friendly staff, extremely reasonably priced. If you're a morning person, get there very early and play with some locals if you can swing it because course knowledge will put you way ahead of the game.

Wilshire Golf Club
"Good Challenge; Poor Conditions."
Wilshire is a challenge in disguise. With many decisions shots like weather to carry the creek on the first hole or whether or not to cut the corner off of the 17th. But the adverse course condidions can discourage most golfers that are looking for a challenge. Shabby fairways and greens give it a rough appearance but it is a good deal for the price.

A challenging little executive course. However, when last seen on 02/10/2004, the gates were not open and the course looked to be not recntly maintined. We will miss it.

"Great Beginner Course"
This is a well maintained course. Beautiful greens and sloping fairways. It is very short, only one par 5 reachable in 2, most the par 4's are only about 300 yards. No sand at all, water and woods are the main hazards. Hit the ball straight and ull be in the 70s

"sweetbriar value"
This is an excellent golf course for beginners and seasoned golfers. The original 18 holes play somewhat easier than the new Legacy 9. The legacy nine is very well kept and is challenging. The price is great for the value you will undoubtedly find!
