This club offers two regulation eighteen hole courses. The Lakeland Course is difficult from the championship tees and fairly easy from the men's tees. The wind from off the lakes and the river constantly comes into play throughout the entire course. The Highlands Course has less wind and more hills, plus all the fairways are tree lined. "Golf Digest" rated this as the 2nd "Best in State" course for the years 1995 through 1998. Both courses are enrolled in the New York Audubon Society's Cooperative Sanctuary Program. Consequently, there is a wide variety of wildlife living on and around these two courses.

| Have played several times and always enjoyed. The surroundings are beautiful and the course well maintained. Tough if your not on your game. A bit snooty at times but hey...it's private. |
