This is a predominantly flat course, but there are some mounds around the greens and in the fairways that can cause uneven lies. The greens are medium-sized and undulating, and the fairways are tree lined. There are water hazards that come into play on eight holes. The signature hole is #9, where a large pond comes into play on three different occasions.

It's made for mediocre to more expierenced golfers. I'm mediocre, and the fairways made me play a more tight knit game. It's almost like playing with a 80 shooter and if you like to compete then you will upgrade your game naturally. I really like the course. You get a good stroll through the community unlike some of the wide open courses. The people are friendly and if your coolers empty holla and the sweet lady coming around to fill it back up.

This is a good course to teach tour kids how to golf, because it is a moderately short course. I took my 8 year old son golfing there, and he shot a 58! Not too bad for his first time out, and he had a blast!We have been back twice and can't wait for sping to go again.

"Challenging but Fair"
If you play the course right you will have to use every club in your bag. Variety of holes, no two are alike. Trees, bunkers, water, doglegs and hills, this course has it all. Beginners with a wild driver will have some trouble but will not have to hit over obstacles except for two greens surrounded by water. Staff is great and course is getting in better shape each year.
